At Maverick Abrasives, we stand behind the quality of our industrial products and want to ensure you have the right tools for the job. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused abrasive products in their original manufacturing packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship to Maverick
Send your return package via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items to verify they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
